    Not perfect, but worth it

    The beach is beautiful and the activities for families are plenty! Free wifi is fast which is a huge plus!

    The service can be slow and the beds are uncomfortably hard. Don't expect a 5-star experience.

    The hotel is a pleasure all around, the food, the pool area and the room are very good. Only the construction site at a part of the pool disturbed a little, but this is not a permanent condition. 5 stars

    Food, pools, beach, water everything is great. There is a wide selection on the menu cards. Breakfast buffet with exotic. Fruit, different kinds of bread...

    transport from the airport to the hotel and back should be a permanent shuttle service for hotel guests.

    Room cleanliness upon check-in left much to be desired!!! Maintenance issues with appliances, such as air conditioning and shower temperature, were frustrating. Not ideal for families when it comes to pool etiquette!!! Overly intrusive check-in process felt unnecessary.

    Great breakfast, outstanding food choice. Huge and big rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a dining area, a seating area, and a couch bed. Location very close to a nearby supermarket as well as a grocery store on the premises. 15 minutes walk to Bbc Santa Marta Zazue.

    The kids loved the pools, and the beach area was nice and clean. I particularly appreciated the quality of the food, especially during breakfast. There was a fantastic variety to choose from.

    There were some maintenance issues that needed attention , such as the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms not working properly. It would have been easier to navigate the hotel if there was a map available.

    The staff was very friendly, like they knew we needed help even before we asked! Plus, the massage at the spa? Very nice, helped me forget the pressures of the world for a moment.
